My father-in-law has moved into Kingston Bay Senior Living. It's nice, and we like it a lot. They've taken really good care of him. It's got a refrigerator, a microwave, and has a cabinet for if you have a few groceries or whatever. There's a little kitchen. The staff have been very good and friendly.
They even gave us a meal when they first moved in, it was good. They have all sorts of stuff going on, and then they bring in some live music. They do karaoke and bingo. They have a theater where people can go and watch movies. They also have three or four places where they have big TVs, where you can sit and watch, and a library.

Kingston Bay Senior Living was immaculate, and they seemed like a caring staff. They were singing there and the activity person came in and played music. There were a lot of seniors out there for that when I was there. It's not run down at all, but I didn't like the hard sell from the woman. The staff was very knowledgeable, but she was a hard push. They have a memory unit. It's a top-notch place.

Kingston Bay Senior Living was a lovely place. They had lots of amenities and quite a few activities. The employees were helpful, friendly, and very informative. The room was really nice and spacious.

I will be moving Mom into Kingston Bay Senior Living. They have a program for patients that are in between memory care and assisted living, and we liked that. We did the assisted living with the extra program. The staff was very concerned and caring, and showed us lots of options, and when we had extra questions, she showed us other things. We had lunch there, and the food tasted homemade, like they made it from scratch. They offer more than what my mother needs. They have a gym, more than one outdoor space, and a garden. It's kind of centrally located from where all her family lives, and it's close to shopping and restaurants.

I visited Kingston Bay Senior Living. It's nice. When I went there, they had people dispensing medicine, and they were taking really good notes of medication. It seems very well-run. They had nurses on staff. It was very clean and very nice. I wanted to move in myself, it's that good. We saw the dining area, and it was nice. I did not eat there, but I saw the chef. It looked really good. I looked at the menu, and the menu was nice. They have a lot of entertainment. They gave us a brochure of their activities. I looked at a chart because they also had the activities poster on the wall. It looked like there was a lot of stuff. The place was beautiful.

Kingston Bay Senior Living is beautiful. It was nice. What I like best about the place is that it was a nice place. They had a nice cafeteria. They had menus. I like the activities they had there for the seniors. They have bingo, arts and crafts, and excursions. They have it all. The only thing they didn't have is a swimming pool, but they have a salon, a gym, an activity center, and a TV room. The staff seemed to be very caring around the patients. They're very knowledgeable.

My mom has been in Kingston Bay Senior Living since the beginning of the month. It's really clean and the people there really care about my mom. It's very affordable and I found a room for her for $1900. That's good because we're getting low on money and I can't take care of her myself.
The food there is amazing too, the best food I've ever had, and mom loves it. The apartments are very new and fashionable. They're very recent, they have marble countertops, and everybody's just so helpful there. I don't have anything bad to say about it, at all.
Everyone on the staff cares. They're not just there to do a job. They enjoy their work and the workers are laughing and are always happy. It's just a positive environment.
The facility is great, it's amazing. They have a Farmers' Market, lots of activities, and a lot of live entertainment. They also have bingo and happy hour. There's plenty to do to keep them busy and to keep their mind going. They even have a library and it's really nice.
It's only half the price of the other lowest priced facility that I found. It's great for people like us who don't have a whole lot of money to spend. They have separate memory care that is the next building, but she's in assisted living right now. They need to take care of her medications and they do a great job.

They were wonderful at Kingston Bay. They were really good. The staff was excellent. The rooms were gorgeous and very nice. Everything was top notch. They had so many amenities. They have a private chef who cooks their meals, they have entertainment, and they have a farmer's market. They have tons of activities. They have friendly staff too. The menu was beyond what I thought they would have. They have tons of options, and even if they don't like anything, they have a standard menu. They had an entertainer, and they had live music when we were there. They also had movies and stuff like that going on in some of the other rooms. The staff was awesome. She was very helpful. They were extremely nice. It's a beautiful facility.

Kingston Bay Senior Living was lovely. It just seemed like they were more for independent living than what my parents needed. They needed more help than what they could give. It was beautiful. I really can't say much more about it than that. I only went once and I did not see much staff running around anywhere. I don't know how many people were there during the time I went, but it was very, very quiet. The staff who attended to us was very nice. I just felt that my parents needed more care than what they could provide. The facility was beautiful, clean and quiet.

My mother was there for over a year. Unfortunately, she recently passed. The compassion and care that we received while my mother was passing was outstanding. We could never have expected better or more intimate care from a community..We thank everyone who works at Kingston Bay. They made a very terrible situation....as nice it could ever have been. I recommend Kingston Bay will all my heart and soul.

Overall, Kingston Bay Senior Living was good. The check-in process was very good. The guests versus the people that are taking care of them are also good. In my opinion, they could have just been better trained. My mom was in their memory care.

Kingston Bay was very nice, but very new, so there weren't that many people yet. There also weren't a lot of activities going on. The place is really clean and absolutely beautiful.

A friend of the family is currently staying at Kingston Bay and we are looking to move her. I don't think Kingston Bay is a safe environment for their residents. They are short staffed with two or three care providers on the floor at one time. The managers are running around trying to fill in the gaps. Their activities manager is off site driving residents, the marketing people are doing maintenance and the billing clerk is acting as receptionist. There have been three on site managers in less than one year and none have been warm towards residents or family members. After managers leave for the day, it is a ghost town. Good luck finding anyone. Residents let themselves in and out of the building with no checks and balances. Sadly, our list of complaints goes on for Kingston Bay. It is our recent complaint which has been going on for at least five days, that is the most concerning, there is no internet service. Which we found out today, effects their main phone lines. We tried to call in and no one ever answered and upon further checking found out it was all related. What does a facility do with no phone lines? Isn't this a safety violation for the residents? Who came up with the idea to have a phone that is connected through the internet? This shows another level of cost savings that Kingston goes to without regard to safety. It is just one thing and then another with Kingston Bay. It is a beautiful building, but it needs help. Maybe in a year or two they can straighten out, until then we strongly encourage looking elsewhere unless like us, your family member becomes the test market.

Family member of former resident. Sales basically tell you want to hear to get your money. It is a beautiful facility, but beauty isnt everything. Quality is horrible. Not enough employees. Huge turnover. Pendents that residents wear are useless. It takes 15 to 30 minutes for someone to respond. The receptionists, Raquel and Krystal I think that is her name whonworks weekends are fantastic and professional. Its the management, business pratice and ethics that are negative. Broken promises. I spoke to other concern family members and residents and we basically agree, Don't move your love one here.

This place made it seem as if they could fulfill the needs for my uncle. Once he moved in our family started noticing they didn't have enough staff. Staff was very misleading telling us transportation was available, once he moved in is when we were told transportation was only available til 530pm. After coming back from dialysis he had to wait outside for 30 min for someone to open the door for him. We had a meeting with milestone we expressed our concerns, at that point we were asked if "we were just not happy and didn't like it there" .., our response was we didn't want what was happening to our family to happen to another. That same evening we received a Call from my uncle confused and we called the front desk to go check on him.. after waiting over an hour we found out his blood sugar was at 90 it took another hour for someone to call us to let us know what was going on. Please keep in mind he was suppose to be checked on every 2 hours by staff. Just beware and get things in writing from them.

Kingston was beautiful, and I like the room setup with a Jack and Jill bathroom. I like the sharing of the bathroom and how the actual drawers all had locks. The rooms were of great sizes, and I love the color schemes. The dining area was nice, small, and intimate.
