Park Regency was very nice, clean, and neat. The people were friendly, showed me around, and answered all of our questions. I brought someone with me who was very impressed by it.

Park Regency was very nice. I liked the people a lot. It was very clean, it looked like a good place to go, and the pricing was most reasonable. The grounds around it mainly were off of a parking lot.

I pick Park Regency. It is very friendly, and they meet my wife’s needs. They will help her get up, get dressed, take a shower, and her everyday needs. They will wheel her on her wheelchair. They have restaurants all around the area.

Park Regency is the place that my brother is living in right now. In the interview of the administrator, he said some things that I felt would benefit him although I have not seen that happen so far. Maybe one of the things was that they were interested in assisting them to try more, give them some incentives to get out of their room, but he still stays in his room quite a bit. The food was very good. I had tasted it, and it seemed like the chef did a great job. My brother wanted a room by himself, and they were able to accommodate him with that. The staff seemed friendly, and I felt that the age group was 60 to 90. He had just moved from where the mid age was 90 and was the youngest one there at 69, so I wanted to get a better fit age-wise, and I think this was the better fit. I still haven’t seen what I really wanted, which was for him to have more activity-oriented opportunities reinforced. It had kind of an antique theme, but it does have a level of comfort. It is not exotic or fabulous, but it is clean and looks kind of homelike. It was a very nice feeling about this place. The people seemed happy.
