Oak Manor Senior Retirement Home provides both independent and assisted living care for seniors age 60 and over. Its 51 private one and two room units are complete with private bath and large closet; many have adjoining balconies or patios. Comfortable living spaces provide areas to read, watch TV or social with friends and family. A game room and arts and crafts room provide plenty of space for residents to explore their inner artist, exercise or play their favorite game. Oak Manor also provides respite, transitional and hospice care.

Mom really likes Oak Manor, and everything has been great. She likes the food, too. She has a big, nice room with a slider where she can step out and sit outside. She is really enjoying herself. She's socializing and playing cards three hours a day. They also have bowling, bingo, and go shopping. The staff is very caring and call me back right away when I ask them to check on my mom.

I really liked Oak Manor. It was bright, sunny, and cheerful, and it looked new. The outside looked old, but the inside looked new, and I loved the atmosphere. My mom did not qualify because they do not have memory care. The staff was very friendly and very cheerful. I saw the activities room; it looked nice, and there were many residents hanging out there.

Oak Manor was a very small community; the staff was fine and had good ethics. The dining room was large; it probably holds maybe 50 people. As far as I could see, they didn’t have too many activities, and I think they could have more activities and outings. The food could be a little bit better.
