I took a tour of Quail Park on Cypress for my parents, and it was very good. I was very impressed with the facility and what they had to offer. The person who gave us the tour was very informative, she was very detailed about what they offer, and she answered all our questions. The facility was very impressive. They have twenty-four-hour nursing service. The ratio of employees to clients was three-or-four to one, and I thought that was impressive. The feeling we got was that no one was going to be just left in their room, buzzing with nobody coming. The dining area was really nice, too. It was almost a little café where they kind of make meals to order.

My mom is in Quail Park. It's a great place, they take good care of their residents, and it's very clean. The staff is great. If you need anything, they're right there. They have a lot of staff and a lot of caregivers.

Quail Park Retirement Village was very nice, but it was expensive. They had a very nice cafeteria, and the food was much better than any other facilities. It's affiliated with a hospital and they had their own lab, so they could do blood work if they needed to. They had physical therapy and exercise rooms. It's definitely top of the line. The independent living and the assisted living unit are in the same building.

I have a lot of friend that lives in Quail Park. It is a lovely place, but it is very expensive. My friends are very happy there, but it was too hotel like for me. I eat there a lot, and the food is very good. In the dining room, you can sit at the table, but they do have a salad bar type-thing in the center of the dining room. You can eat at any time you want. Their outside appearance is fine. It has lovely grass with a walking trail around it.

We visited Quail Park for my parents, and this is the one I like the best. To me, it looked like a very comfortable environment. It was new, clean and well-used by the residents. Everybody seemed to be active and doing stuff. Everybody seemed moving around, going places and taking advantage of all of the extra facilities that they have, like the weight room, the nurses office, and the beauty shop. Everything was being used, and all the residents seemed to be very happy and cheerful like they're moving among friends. Also, the person that was showing me around seemed to know everyone by first name and greeted everybody and visited with them. It just left a very nice impression.

I only visited one -- Quail Park. The surroundings were beautiful, the people were professional and pleasant, and everything was A plus-plus. I've decided not to do anything at this time; otherwise I would pick Quail Park. The dining area was set up with individual tables meaning that maybe four people sit at the table, and they have a choice of meals. The rooms were nicely decorated with beds and chairs, carpets, and drapes, and they were very well done, very pleasant. From what I saw and experienced, they do a good job, and it has very pleasant surroundings and very pleasant people, and like I said it is an A plus-plus situation as far as I am concerned.

Quail Park is a beautiful place, and I would love my mom to be there. Everybody was very kind, and they had a happy spirit. They have a piano in the main area. I saw people doing crafts and physical therapy. Their dining just felt like you're at home. It was just beautiful and didn’t feel institutional at all. Their apartments are so cute. It's just a beautiful facility.

When my Dad got sick and we had to look for assisted living we had no idea what to look for. After being in 4 different facilities I have a better idea.I am so happy with Quail Park. It has been such a blessing for my Mom.The staff are so kind and friendly. They seem to really care. The facility has lovely cozy lounge areas with music playing and beautiful decor. The food is good. This is important! Good food. Many choices and options. The dinning room is also a place for socializing so it needs to bee comfortable and inviting. The staff are friendly and the boys flirt with the ladies and make them feel special. they can pretty much ask for anything. On their birthdays they are celebrated and given a choice of what they want for dinner. They have no set seating like some other places I know of. This is good for your loved one to have freedom of choice.Quail Park also has options for the kind of care my mother needs. The staff is reliable and makes my mom feel safe. The last place she was in was abusive and bullying. They have nurses on staff and great caregivers. They also have a little workout gym which has made a great difference in my mothers health. They have all kinds of fun activities to keep the seniors busy if they want.Nice size rooms, cleaning and laundry service. If something is broken it gets fixed fast with a smile. They also have another wing for when a parent might need more help because of mental issues. So if it came to that my mom could be moved across the st.Overall this place makes my mother feel taken care of, safe and loved.

The grounds and the buildings at this retirement community are beautiful and clean. This is assisted or retirement living at its best. Between the lobby entrance and the dining room, I felt like I was at a hotel. I was impressed with the wellness center because it's partnered with the local hospital. The food is fresh and includes a big salad bar in the dining room. The dining room is treated like a fine dining restaurant. The cottages include studio and two bedrooms with a courtyard. Pets are allowed along with laundry facilities. I was impressed that they maintain 24 hour staffing. This is a beautiful community and centrally located.

I have personally sen the wonderful care and attention they give to their residents. It is incredible how social and engaged the residents are with the staff and each other. My mom said she was a little nervous at first, but after acouple of days, she got right into the swing of things and now I have to work my visits around her fun time.
