I went to Cascades of Grass Valley. It was very nice, and the girl was very helpful. She took us on a tour, and it's a nice facility. She showed us the gardens where people go out and socialize. It's very nice. They have beautiful patios with a garden and all that. It's beautiful. The layout of the rooms was very nice. The girl that showed us around, her name was Angie, she called a few days ago to make sure everything was all right with my sister. I mean, it's very nice. They're very caring.

While visiting a dear friend of mine who is a resident at this community, I was pleased with how friendly the staff were. The communiity was warm and inviting. The staff was accomidating to our lunch date and they all had smiles on their faces. My friend is very happy here and she is being well cared for. I am truly grateful for good care that she is recieving.

My overall impression of Cascades was very good. They were very accommodating and had a variety of floor plans that you can choose from. They're well-appointed and well-maintained. The food was really good, and they had a variety of choices for each meal. The staff was very good, willing, able, trained, and very kind.
