Splendor Oaks Senior Living at Park Lake is located in the Folsom neighborhood. The newly constructed home was built with assisted living in mind. Each room has its own bathroom. It's also equipped with its own Heating AC split system for the resident's room temperature. The community is not too small yet not too big. The just right-sized community of 15 beds provides a homey environment full of personal care and interactions.
The 24hr specialized care and supervision tailored to residents' needs afford them the dignity and compassion they deserve. We also provide personal assistance with the activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and grooming. We accept male and female residents, ambulatory and non-ambulatory, continent and incontinent, Alzheimer’s, Dementia, oxygen, catheters, respite care, colostomy and diabetics.
