The Oakmont Diabetes Wellness program provides comprehensive diabetic management and lifestyle support to help residents manage glucose levels and optimize health. Our fulltime, 7 day a week licensed nursing staff provide insulin administration including sliding scale dosing. They also provide routine monitoring and communication with residents' physician. We offer a Concierge Medicine Program and have partnered with highly respected local physicians to bring personalized medical care to our residents. Our spacious apartment homes consist of 400sf studio apartments up to 1300sf 2bed/2bath apartments with walk-in closets. Architectural details include 10ft ceilings, crown molding, ample storage space, and large windows to allow natural lighting in our apartment homes. Select units on the second floor include washer/dryer hookups. Balconies are also available in many of our 1BR options. A limited number of garages and covered parking spaces will be offered for a nominal fee.
