We ended up choosing CountryHouse-Folsom for my mother. So far it seems great, and they're very attentive. I like the setup, and the security procedures, everything's good, and the place is very nice. It's kind of new too, so I like that. It seems like a good fit for her so far. Everything seems very good and she likes the fact that she has her own room, restroom, and shower. Overall, it's very clean. I spoke with the maintenance guy and I've seen him several times taking care of repairs immediately. The facility itself is very clean and organized well. There were a couple of different spaces for them, and they have an open TV room that's right near my mom's door, so she can use that since she enjoys sitting with other people. The dining area looked clean and well-organized, and everything looked good. In terms of value for money, the cost is expensive. They do card games in the TV rooms, and they take the residents on caravan drives and stuff. The communication I've had with the nurse and the manager of the facility has been good.

My mom is at CountryHouse-Folsom. It's a very nice community. It's fairly new. We chose it because it was close to where they live, and my mom wanted friends to come visit. It's a good community. They're still getting established with activities and things like that, but they do take very good care of her. The food is pretty good. They bring them out every day to participate in activities, and they take them on outings every week, which she really likes. They're still developing activities. It's expensive though.

My mom moved into CountryHouse - Folsom. It was small, dedicated to memory care, and it was a lock, secure facility, as far as locked and secure can be for a memory care facility. I was pleased with the training the staff has and they are very attentive to the residents. It's brand new. They have a monthly calendar, but they have weekly activities and daily activities. The food is excellent. They take them out, they have a beauty salon, they can do their nails, they bring in doctors. They were comparable to everyone else in amenities.
