The Park At Laguna Springs was lovely. It was very impressive. The parking lot was gated, and they have somebody on staff 24 hours a day. The rooms were really huge. They have a bigger kitchen area with a full stove. It was quite nice. They've only been open a couple of months, and I met a few of the residents and they were very nice. They all loved it. It's gorgeous. They only offered two meals a day, Monday through Friday. Then on Saturday and Sunday, it would be breakfast, but nothing else. They had a bistro on hand that you could purchase food on Saturday and Sunday, but only up to a certain time.

I toured The Park at Laguna Springs. It was beautiful. They hadn't quite finished the apartment, but I saw the cottages. They wanted almost $7,000 a month for the cottages, but they were very nice. If I had that kind of money, I would have moved in there that day because it's very, very nice. They have a two-bedroom-two-bath, and it's a beautiful place. They have activities. They have all the amenities that you would want there. They have everything. They have exercise, they have transportation, and they have a movie theater. They give you two meals and then they have a bistro there that you could go in if you don't want to eat what they have for you there. I liked that place. It was nice. The monthly rent is just too high. But I understand that they have to contract other stuff like if you have to go to the beautician, they don't have the employees right there onsite. But wellness does, they have all their employees right there, so they don't have to contract that for anything. I only met a couple of the staff members, and they were very nice. The facility is top-notch. It's beautiful.
