The rehab facility my grandmother was in was called San Diego Post-Acute. I had nothing but problems with them. I even had to meet with their directors because they weren’t doing what they needed to do. Most of their staff didn’t speak very good English, so they couldn’t communicate anything that was going on with my grandmother. They were way too overbooked with 3 beds to each room. There was not enough staff to accommodate how many people they had. They could focus more on patients by not having it be so overbooked.

My mom is in a skilled nursing facility in Chase Care Center. The facility itself is an older building and it definitely needs upgrade. They have small rooms. My mom is in a room with another lady and it is really crowded. Most of the staff is involved with the patients. They work very hard to treat and take care of their patients.
