About This Community
We are a Continuing Care Retirement Community that was established in 1942 and we offer you Patio Homes for Independent Living, and Assisted Living. We also have a 120 bed skilled nursing center that includes physical and occupational therapy.
Our Memory Care is unique as it offers two levels: Assisted Living Memory Care and the Wiebe Center for more advanced Dementia and Alzheimer's.
Our community is located on a beautiful 17 acre campus with gorgeous views of the Sierra Mountains in the distance.
Our activities staff plans daily activities on and off campus and we often bring in entertainment for the residents.

I visited Palm Village in Reedly. The rooms were very nice and very clean. They're great for a permanent situation but that's not what I need. I just need somebody to stay with my mom when I needed to be gone.

When I visited the facility the first thing I notice is the staff. They are really friendly. The facility is really clean and organized. The people that live there seem so happy. The inside is so nice and comfy. At Palm Village they have so many amenities to offer their residents. For example they have a fitness center for the residents use so they may stay fit. They have the option of using the wii also . They have a 50 style diner for the residents to eat at. They have laundry and food centers and a gaming area that includes a pool table so if the residents get word they may play. The best thing I thought is them having is the Chapel and Beauty Salon. The housing is great they offer diffent styles for any need whether it be assisted living, nursing or normal. They go from studio to 3 bedrooms. I have nothing bad to stay about this facility.

we really appreciate the love and care our loved one gets at Palm Village Skilled Nursing facility. The staff provides a healthy, happy atmosphere. The Activities Department provide such good activities for the residents. Thank you, Palm Village

Facility is clean, cheerful, well staffed, lots of activities for patients and their families, excellent communication with family of patients, beautiful grounds. Could not ask for a better facility.
