Sunol Creek Memory Care is a boutique senior living community located in Pleasanton. With two neighborhoods of just 20 residents, it offers specialized assisted living and memory care services for residents diagnosed with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Locally owned and operated while also affiliated with the Frontier Management network of retirement communities, the facility provides residents with a variety of attractive amenities and administers memory care through Frontier's renowned Spark™ Lifestyle Program, a Montessori-inspired approach that seeks to enrich the lives of residents.

My mother moved to memory care in Sunol Creek. It's a very nice place and they do a good job. My mom is comfortable there and she feels safe. The other residents are very nice. The rooms are a little bit small, but really nice. The housekeeping staff is excellent. Every time we go, my mother's room is very clean. The people who work there are very nice. The place is nicely decorated and well kept. The dining area is nice and my mother seems to like the food. The place is secure and it's a locked unit. They have nice family days where they invite the families to come and visit, which is also fun. They also help the residents do charitable activities. One time they were assembling backpacks and school supplies for students and they had a good time doing that.
