I didn’t like Home Sweet Home. I walked in, and I talked to someone for about 5 minutes and walked out; that was it. I thought the place was dirty. It seemed like the staff was there doing a job and that was it. It didn’t seem like there was any real interaction with the staff. There was nothing about the place that I liked.

Home Sweet Home is a very caring facility! The owners and staff are dedicated to quality of life for their residents. My mother has been a resident there for almost four years, and the facility is a marked step up from a nursing home she was at previously in San Rafael, CA. It was not easy for us to place our mother in a nursing home, but Home Sweet Home truly cares, and they go out of their way to avoid an institutional feel. The facility is spotless, cozy, and the food is very good.
