They treated my daughter well and did everything she needed. They cleaned her very well.

At the beginning, I like the service a lot, but I'm losing that satisfaction because they can't find us caregivers. It's hard for the client because they don't have people interested in taking care of them.
I like the presentation that they did at first. It impressed me a lot, and everyone is very professional. I thought it would continue like that, but it turns out that they don't have enough nurses who are skilled enough to deal with my loved one.

They're not very organized and they have turnover in their office staff a lot.

Providing services for my daughter has made things easier. The nurse is always there when I need her, she attends to my daughter's needs, and she is there for her.
I want to have more coverage and extra staff.

It's helpful because now I am not a 24 hour caregiver, and I get relief.
If a nurse calls in sick, they have no one to replace them.

They have helped by just really focusing on my loved one's needs, and they learn exactly what they need for their daily life.
At times, they seem a little bit disorganized.

It's a big help. They help me to give her the medicine, take her to school, and help with her homework also.
The caregiver that we have helps my daughter a lot in her classes, and she is very attentive.

I depend on them. I can't do anything without them. Without the nurse, I am stuck because I can't leave the house. The nurses I have right now I like. I wish they would understand with how much I depend on them.
I am requesting more hours because I don't have nursing everyday. It is taking them a long time to respond to me and I can't talk with them. I am really stuck and I feel like they don't understand that I can't move my child. The caregivers will just sit there, play on their phones, or take a nap when they are here. Sometimes I would rather be alone than with the abnormal caregivers that they send.

They are very accommodating and reliable. They always reach out and make sure we're okay.

When I reach out to them about something for myself, they don't follow through with it. I have talked to the company, and it hasn't changed.
They always put me on hold when I need to cancel my services for specific days.

They care for him 24 hours a day like he is their child, but when a nurse doesn't come, I have to cancel his appointments.
The problem I have been having is when a nurse isn't available to come, they don't have another nurse for me to use, and I get stuck without having a nurse for the day.

They just need to be more organized. It would help to talk to the same person when I call rather than talking to several different people.
They could maybe keep up with their patients. I don't know who to talk to when I call. They are not organized.

They have helped me a lot because I'm able to do other things while someone is with my son.
I like how the agency quickly responds to me when I ask them a question or if we need another caregiver.

They have been able to cover all of the hours that my son gets. When there is a nurse here, they are able to keep them. I am not worried about who is coming.
I like that they are very responsible. When I call there is someone there to speak to. If I have issues, they try to solve them.

The nurse in the morning helps with supplies and setting up doctor appointments.
They need to improve communication. I am the last person to know if a nurse is coming.

There have been some people that show up, but the people that I need do not come often enough.
I have hardly gotten the people that I am asking for. They are not getting me what I need.

It wasn't as good as I expected. They could be more diligent in getting the shifts covered. Without the proper staffing, the help isn't there.
Their communication has glitches. If something happens, I have to find out about it through my mom. Their case manager wasn't as diligent. Staffing wasn't done in a timely manner.

I have had bad experiences with them. They have not sent the right caregivers for my son. They did not help the doctor, and none of them have been able to.
