My mother-in-law has been in Montclair Manor. The people who works there are very nice. The management was very informative and caring about her costs and things like that. We had a little bit of trouble getting it accurate in the end. There were more bills that came in that we didn't understand. They overcharged us but they reimbursed us and so we were happy. The rooms were adequate and mom was a fall-risk person so they put mats on the floor and they put the bed down and they had adequate stuff for her to prevent any type of fall. The food was good. It was good that they served her a lot of snacks. She did very well there. The facility was old but clean. They needed a lot of maintenance there like painting and some things that needed to be replaced.

I love this facility, ALL the staff is so loving and caring, it is a small facility so they are able to provide excellent one on one help. It is very clean also. I'm so glad my mom is there.
