Grateful for a good place to recover. Great care, friendly faces, positive attitudes, super showers, and marvelous meals! I always got prompt response for help and answers to my questions. I was in a shared room but I had a great roommate. The therapists were the best. I had a great experience during my time of need.

I was a resident at La Mesa a few days ago and I wanted to give a shout out to Mahogany and the dietary team. The food was delicious and I could tell they worked hard to make the food as good as can be. Everyone in the facility was nice and helpful. Thank you

I was grateful for the charge nurse Angela, she was knowledgeable and helped make the discharge a smooth process, thank you to the staff at LMHCC for being patient and kind!

Fantastic place. Great service. The staff was friendly. Therapy worked really hard to get me to walk. It's a very nice place to be. I appreciate everyone wearing masks at all times.

The staff is excellent. Their patience and due diligence is fantastic. Everyone was polite and their concern was greatly appreciated. Physical therapist were positive and jewels. Room 36 needs a longer cord for the overbed light. The TV has 102 cable channels but sometimes there was connection problems. I would recommend this facility to others.

I could not have asked for a better place to be. The staff here was welcoming and all were great, especially the therapists and nurses. I appreciate all the workers who show up everyday and how kind they were to me. I would recommend this facility to others.

They could pay more attention to detail when it comes to certain machines that are required for patients that are needed especially the life threatening machines like a CPAP machine and only one other improvement they could improve on the food it is served to the patients if the patient request more vegetables I think the patient should be allowed to get more vegetables is the patient is under a certain diet then obviously follow through with that diet but they should contact the nearest relative to confirm the needs of the patient that's all they need to do on my part otherwise they get a good standing review for me I'm happy with their service thank you very much

I found all the staff members to be courteous and helpful. The food and food service was very good. I loved all of the therapists. This facility is very pleasant and clean.

Everyone in every department, especially the Nursing Staff was very helpful and friendly. I got all the assistance I needed to recover. The food was good and there are lots of substitutions available. Thank you to all who helped me!

Everyone was very nice on a personal level and took care of all my needs while here. Everybody here worked as a team which is why you are a 5 star facility. Thank you for all your hard work and kindness to me.

Nurses and staff were very nice, kind, and patient. I'm really going to miss some of the staff who I got very close to.

I would say there are problems here, and I would not recommend the facility. No physical therapy on weekends. Loud at night and I guess the food is terrible, and it takes a very long time to get CNAs to report to room. My mom is there right now and I think the place needs several touchups. Also, the 1960s era sliding glass doors which are in the rooms are a major hazard as the glass will shard dangerously if broken. .

I was in this facility for 2 weeks,because I had a full knee repacment surgery..Over all this is a good facility,Considering what the CNAs went thru they did an excellent job in taking care of people's needs,although there was a couple of times when I needed to take some pain medication I had to ask several times. physical therapy staff was very good although it would have been nice if you guys had psychical therapy on the weekend,so I could have gotten out of there quicker..Food was excellent ,dietison,came to my room and asked me what type of portions I wanted,and what type of food I liked..My 2 major complaints where that they only let you take a shower 2 times a week,although when they were t busy they did try to acomadte you.And complaint I had it was hard to sleep because it was always noisy at night,and they need to do a better job of keeping noise level after a certain hour,I had a roommate that need to be cared for at all hours of the night,and because of I was waken up at all hours of the night,and it was hard to sleep at night.
