I'm currently in a one bedroom apartment at Carson Terrace. I chose this facility because it was close to where I was living before and I am familiar with the area. It's a gated community with senior people and that was primarily what I wanted. They have secured underground parking. I felt this facility fit my needs. They have all kinds of classes going on here. They celebrate birthdays and holidays. They have barbecues at least once a month.

The building was new and clean. The manager was a really nice lady and she gave me a lot of information. Even the person who was cleaning the floor said "Hi" to me. They were very polite.

I visited Carson Terrace because I was looking for a place for my brother and me. The room can fit queen size bed, 2 closets, a kitchen, a living room and a small patio. This is enough for me but not for my brother. The only thing was, the washer and dryer was on the first floor of the building and the carpet upstairs had stains. The staff was nice and the manager toured us so we saw the rooms that were vacant.
