Our Citrus Heights memory care community, Citrus Heights Terrace, specializes in caring for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia, from mild cognitive impairment to advanced memory loss. This unique community cares for up to 45 residents in a quaint, private setting that offers peaceful surroundings that are reminiscent of the surrounding small town neighborhoods and open space.

Residents enjoy all the life has to offer at Citrus Heights Terrace. From personal assistance from our highly-trained caregivers, to a robust schedule of life enrichment activities that promote enjoyable experiences through socialization and engagement. Nutritional meals are enjoyed together, and the beautifully landscaped private grounds and courtyard offer opportunities to socialize and relax outside. Private and shared furnished rooms are supported by secured perimeters, wander detection and 24-hour staffing to ensure the overall well-being of all our residents.

Enhancing the life of seniors with memory impairment (due to Alzheimer’s, dementia, or aging) is to specifically enhance the dignity and well-being of each resident. Memory care residences should be inviting, home-like, and safe as well as provide a life-enriching environment. CiminoCare memory care communities offer 24-hour staffing and a low staff-to-resident ratio to provide special individual care. I feel very fortunate to have found this facility for my brother. little did I know how much care and dedication it takes to run a facility of this size. I am extremely happy with the care that my brother receives. the administrator and staff are to be sure the best I could have hoped for. my brother is now going on his second year and will always be thankful for the care he receives at this facility. Mom has been receiving outstanding care at Citrus Heights Terrace for a year and a half. The staff is very friendly and professional and takes excellent care of Mom. It is very clean and there are secure gardens for an outdoor stroll as well as a secure internal courtyard that allows the residents to enjoy the outdoors when it’s windy. I’ve visited Mom at all hours and I’ve always been welcomed. The outstanding care Mom receives allows me to feel comfortable and at ease with her being comfortable and having all her needs well attended. My thanks to Tina, the director, and all the staff for taking such excellent care of my Mom.

Cities Heights Terrace is a lifesaver for my family. They have caring staff, professional service and excellent leadership. The administrator Tina often works long hours to make sure all the things are taking care of. The rooms are always clean, food is good, and residents are well groomed.

My brother Sonny recently passed but he spent two years at Citrus Heights. I’m not going to describe the facility it’s best you take your love one for a visit. I’m best at letting you know as I have learned, that this was the best, most economical, and caring facility for Sonny. The great staff always caring, loving, and catering to his ostentatious needs! The staff was always accommodating to my needs to care for my brother as well. Please do your self a favor and set your mind at ease, go visit with your love one. A loving brother.

Citrus Heights is wonderful, and the staff was wonderful. You had some people who were definitely out of the loop with memory care. They carry radios because it is a larger facility, and they know the routine of their patients. They had a nice, big, and bright lunch room and it’s in the center of the building, so everyone can walk to it easily. You can have private or shared rooms, and they all have their own bathroom. Some of them have their own showers if the patient is independent enough for that. If they aren’t, they have other facilities available. The rooms were very nice, your personal things are safe, and they do evaluate what you bring in for safety reasons. They have somebody comes in to do music with them, a lot of things to encourage socialization, and they encourage patients to get out of their room. I tend to watch a great deal of how the staff interacts with the patients when they don’t think you’re watching.
