I visited Ocean Hills Country Club. It’s not a CCRC, but an independent living. They have independent houses. They’re fine, and they offered much less than the other facilities. There’s no restaurant there, so there’s no food to evaluate. They have a huge number of clubs, but not a lot of common facilities. I met a realtor, and no other staff. I think it’s fine for what it is. It was more like a little community than anything else.
