We settled my father in St. Francis Assisted Living. We chose it because it is very warm, spacious, and clean. They have a great reputation. I really like the people who live there and who run it. I think the food is fine. The room is very clean, spacious, and updated. They are great. My father cannot participate in much, but it seems to me that the activity matches his needs.

My dad has been a resident at this facility for 2 months now. My father has dementia the people and staff were really great. We've gotten full cooperation from management, making it easier for us to move my dad to their place. The facility provides a higher level of service to their residents, with daily living activities. Very nice place for a loved one to stay.

St. Francis Care Home is run by a wonderful family. They only have six residents and the care is fantastic. Each resident has their own private room. Any time day or night, I could walk into the home unannounced, and it would be bright and shiny, spic and span clean and always welcomed me with open arms. The owners bring laughter and joy to the residents by their singing, dancing, clapping, playing piano, games and love knowing that all of the residents are very special. The residents are always kept clean, hair brushed, nails done, meds given and delicious meals always prepared. They celebrate every holiday with special parties and birthdays of the residents are EXTRA special. St. Francis is run by an RN who is the owner of the facility and that helped me placed my mother there who needed some extra care. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOARD AND CARE 100%. My mother lived there for one year and would have lived there longer, had it not been for Hospice regulations.

I've seen this place, and there's little to recommend it. It's dull and dingy. It's actually clean enough, but it looks terrible. It needs paint and maintenance. It's depressing. And the food looks terrible.
The staff doesn't appear to be well trained. They're not engaged with the patients. I never see any activities going on. I'd never put anyone there if I could help it. Most patients there have advanced dementia.
I guess the only plus is that it's affordable, but you get what you pay for here.
