Don’t send your loved ones to this place if you could. No physical therapist, no social worker, no discharge planner, no Registered nurse, and no nutritionist in this place. Doctor only comes once a month, LVNs and CNAs run this place, some of them are unprofessional and rude.

When inspectors came in the inspectors were
Rude and very disrespectful but staff
Seemed to accommodate
Them and in the end all was well. Don’t know how they tolerate those

My mother-in-law has been a resident for 5+ years..Administration replaced licensed staff that were less than satisfactory
in the past several months the facility is super and is deserving of 5 stars

Staff were warm and friendly and cares about their patients. Friend recommended the place and no regrets. Glad we found this place
