I toured both assisted living and memory care at Terraza Court. I liked the facility. I like the staff. They seemed professional and courteous. The rooms were nice-sized and clean. I did not taste anything, but it looked like they have a pretty nice menu. There are some items that you can request. It was a nice tour. They had bingo, movie nights, games, and arts and crafts. They have an event calendar with different activities daily.

We have been to the Terraza Court in person and it's a nice facility. I think it would be great for a senior that has more mobility than my uncle. It's very clean and they seem like they have a good program set up for activities. The environment is nice. It is like a converted hotel or a motel.
It was the assisted living part that we looked at. The staff was very helpful and answered all of our questions. They offer some PT on site which is like massaging. They have a nice patio outside and a nice area where they have the residents eat. They also have a pretty nice salon.
It seems like the facility is clean. They kind of renovated within the last 3 to 5 years.

We went to tour Terraza Court, and we liked it. The problem was that Social Security has taken so long. I spoke to the gentleman at Terraza Court. He actually recently called me back. I spoke to him regarding my mom because currently she's in a hotel room. They were saying that they would help her. They would get her in a place in their facility for the same price as in the hotel room. They're being helpful, even if it would be a temporary thing until we get the other documentation.
It's assisted living, but they also have memory care. It's a nice place. The people living there (the residents) seemed content.
I can't remember the young man's name, but he was respectful during my visit. The place was clean, and they had adequate things. There's a board with the activities that the residents can do there. They have a hairdresser. They do karaoke and play bingo. The memory unit was secure, and the receptionists were attentive.
The rooms look really nice. They also provide the meals, so it would have been a really nice place for mom. I like its cleanliness, since I think some places have this really staunch odor. This one doesn't, even in memory care where people may sometimes be at the point where they can't clean themselves or make a mess of themselves. I guess the staff was really aware and attentive to those specific needs.
The facility is up-to-date and state-of-the-art. I was talking to the gentleman who was running it. He gave me the history that his company took over and revamped the place. It turned out really nice.

I visited Terraza Court yesterday. I was very impressed with it, it went very well, and they did a very good job. The apartments were very nice and neat. I thought it was very sociable and nice. I think they're very helpful. I think the salon was nice, and the courtyard was beautiful.

I really liked that the people at this community can manage mostly by themselves. I saw one lady in the hallway with her walker. It's a beautiful place and well taken care of. I liked the staff member named Sharon. I liked the facilities. One drawback for my brother was he would have to go around the corner to the gym to work on his walking and that would be a problem. They need a rehab person that can come in to see the people. Most of the staff was excellent. However, one staff member said I was going to have lunch with them, but I didn't. She got so busy and I never got to taste the food. She showed me the menu and it looked really good.

The staff members were great, caring loving people, and really friendly to me. Whenever they interacted with any of the residents it was a really positive vibe. It was my favourite.

My visit was good. The rooms looked neat. They had activities; the day I went, there was a singer because it was a holiday. I liked that it was very close to my apartment, which was my #1 priority.

It was a nice, smaller facility but not within our budget. The rooms were very nice. Cosmetically, the rooms and hallways were a little better than other places.

Our grandmother moved here several months ago and it's been a pretty eye opening experience.
Our family was simply overwhelmed dealing with the onset of Dementia and it really was causing us all a lot of stress.
When we found these folks and decided to move her there it changed all of our lives.
From Nate,David,Christina and their nursing staff we have always felt welcomed and cared for.
Grandma is stronger and so much happier now.
We now understand she is not going to get better. The Dementia is slowing taking away from us but, she is safe and cared for and about.
I read the earlier post by someone who had some pretty pointed charges and I don't believe they are commenting about the same place.
I can recommend these folks.

My grandmother actually loves it here. It is hard for us to get her to leave from there. It is like when we want to take her out to dinner or lunch or out for the day she doesn't want to leave because she wants the food there. She loves it that we have to spend time with her there. She really likes that she can do activities with other seniors her age. I guess they have a gourmet chef because she is very picky as far as eating. Usually when we take her out, she stays with the same thing like chicken strips or chicken tenders, but over there, they can order what they want because she loves their food. She absolutely loves it. As far as the place goes, I would give it a like a ten because every time we go, there are people everywhere. Like in the day room, there is a gathering of people or, there might be some people in the TV room too. In that place, the seniors are up, active, and engaged. I guess assisted living is much different from what we were imagining which was something more like a convalescent or a nursing home. These people are very social and very active, and most of the time, they are out of their room. We used to get my grandmother to spend the night all the time because she always wanted to stay in my house or my aunt's house. Now she wants us to take her home, and she doesn't want to be locked out of the front door. She likes waking up to her breakfast there. She loves it, and I don't know what to say. I told her that I want to live there with her. The services are excellent, and anything she wants she gets. They are very accommodating, and the staff is great. She loves it.

The community has a younger crowd and the price is reasonable. My brother moved there earlier this month and he liked it. He thinks they’re very attentive. The director was very informative and answered my questions in great detail. I found him very knowledgeable. My brother’s room was newly painted and clean. The bathroom is very roomy and he finds it easy to get around. The dining room seemed fine and comfortable.
