A dedicated memory care community, specializing in the care of residents with dementia and Alzheimer's. The Terraces at Via Verde will offer 2 stories and a capacity for up to 60 residents. A state of the art, purpose-built community designed to promote independence. Offering a wide variety of activity and therapeutic programs, along with an enclosed courtyard to provide a safe outdoor environment for our residents, we look forward to helping our residents flourish.

I went to The Terraces at Via Verde. I like it. I spoke with them mostly, and the people there were totally genuine, nice, kind, and very helpful. They showed me around. There's a little area outside where people could go and just be outside. They had doctors come in every once a month. They have a salon and they do nails, but you have to sign up if you want to do that. There were different rooms just like the other places. There are single rooms, Jack and Jill rooms, and shared rooms. The building was small on the outside, but it was nice on the inside, too. The staff told me about the different activities that they have, and she gave me a list of all the different activities, but none was going on at the time.
