After been discharged from Sutter Sacramento and transported to Rock Creek Care Center by ambulance after have a cervical surgery I was subjected to a door to my room that opens to the elements been left open all night. Staff claimed they provided me with pain meds which they did not. Unacceptably cruel worthy of an omnibus man and patient advocate complaint. Disgusted! N

There are no great SNFs, but this one is very good. The staff is attentive and caring, the office does a better than average job of keeping you informed. The menus are good and they have an alternative menu for the patients to choose an entree if they don't care for the offering on the regular menu. My step dad has been in 3 different facilities owned by Plum Health and this is definitely the best. If he needs needs future care it will also be the first choice, if they have room.

MY husband was resident here for three months post stroke. The entire staff is pleasant and kept me informed. His room was very clean with all the ammenities to fill at home including good food.They were proactive on meeting his medical needs suchbas appointment s and physical therapy. The therapist took the time to train me on his care. So we were able to gradually bring him home. We even had our daughter's birthday party there. They made this life transition a lot easier.

My father-in-law is at Rock Creek Care Center. The staff seemed to be very helpful and polite. I think they are taking good care of him and for that type of facility I think they are doing a great job. They are also doing physical therapy with him.

My mom fell down and broke her rib. She's 90 years old and couldn't walk anymore, so she decided to stay in Rock Creek Care Center. She has somebody to take care of her all the time. It turned out wonderfully. The staff is fantastic and lovely. The place doesn't smell. They've got therapists and they try to keep the residents active mentally and physically. They don't just put you in a corner and forget you there. They stimulate her mind. She's very happy there. It couldn't be any nicer.

I love this facility. The staff is friendly and provide wonderful care. They even helped my mother with her medi-cal application! It is a beautiful place that truly cares about their residents
