Cogir of Folsom was very clean. The staff members knew everybody's name that we came in contact with. They have a couple of different rooms. We looked at a room with one queen bed, two closets, and a bathroom without a shower. They have rooms with showers, and they have rooms that don't have showers. They have a community shower where they can take each individual to shower. The one I looked at also could have two twin beds in there, depending on what you want. It just did a changeover from one company to Cogir. They are going to do a bunch of renovations. It was very clean. They had activity rooms and a library. It looks small from the front. When you go inside, it is a really big facility. There is a courtyard and a very nice backyard that the residents can walk around. It's in like a figure-eight, so they can just keep on walking. It was really nice. I saw the dining room. There were residents starting to get ready for lunch, and there was a TV in there. A lot of them were in there socializing or sitting. I only met a couple people, but they were very nice. I met the executive director. She was interim until the end of the month. Then I met Kim, who was the salesperson. She showed me around, and she was very nice and knowledgeable. It was very nice and clean. I was surprised that they said they were going to do a renovation. It still looked really nice to me.

We found them, and they're wonderful. I think they're fantastic, and they're doing good with my husband who is very difficult to work with. He's been there 2 months now. The staff is great, wonderful, kind, and patient. The activities are amazing, and they come up with some of the cutest things I've ever seen; playing with balloons.

It is a beautiful facility, fairly new, and close to our home. The staff is excellent and very friendly. They have art classes and outings. I’ve eaten there many times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
