Please ONLY send your family member here if you do NOT need INTENSIVE help. The staff is warm and friendly to residents BUT they are VERY unprepared for seriouse illness. They are clean and organized, and residents seem content..but this is not someplace I would send a loved one that I cared for. Seems they give attention to those whose families do not.
