Skyline Villa is in a private home and only carries a maximum of 8 residents, each having their own room. It’s for more extreme care where you really have to watch the client. Some of them have their own patios. They have full access of the house which is huge. All the meals are done in this incredible room that overlooks what I call the million dollar view. That view is very impressive, and they have grassy recreation grounds so that you can go outside and walk. It has sidewalks so you can have a wheelchair out there and you can see the view. They have a gazebo. You can have your own private parties if you want. The rooms vary in size, but each room has its own private shower. The showers are all new and they’re done in mosaic tile. They’re absolutely beautiful and they’re large. They have enough room for a wheelchair and another caregiver to assist with any bathing needs. They do not have microwaves or ovens in their rooms, but they get all the food and snacks and everything they need right there at the facility. They’re treated very well there. They have one caregiver to 2 people so that’s a good ratio.
