Known throughout the country for creating warm, welcoming communities, vibrant, engaging lifestyles and innovative programming, Agemark is a family-owned and operated organization that believes people heal, grow and thrive when they feel like they are part of a larger loving family at their residence. TreVista Antioch will offer assisted living and memory care lifestyles featuring a personalized, resident-centric approach that will help residents flourish. At TreVista Antioch, we make it our mission to discover what really matters to our residents. We find out the things they thought they would never be able to do – and we’ll make them happen.

We believe the key to health and happiness is to engage with the outside community – and we love the great outdoors. So at TreVista Antioch, our residents will be out, about and on the road as much as possible! From local attractions to shopping excursions to nature walks to dining out, to attending local Little League games, life at TreVista Antioch means being busy and on the go!

On our beautiful, 10-acre campus, you’ll get what we mean by family feel. You’ll see residents engaging with one another. Families sharing dinner together – grandchildren included. You’ll see bowling on the lawn, budding artists in our studio, baking in our kitchen … and smiles throughout our community.

At Agemark, we don’t think it’s the beauty of the building that counts – it’s the programming offered and the staff hired that makes all the difference. But, that doesn’t mean we can’t enhance the beauty of the community as well so we’re starting a multimillion renovation project that will truly establish TreVista Antioch as the area’s premier senior living community in the Bay area.

I loved TreVista at Antioch. I had a great conversation with the woman in charge. She even offered me literature on dementia and how to help anyone transition to assisted living. She was fantastic and so knowledgeable. It was a wonderful facility and I loved the care, but they didn't have space at the time. I loved their outdoor space. I loved their dining facility, how it was set up, and how it opened out to a really lovely outdoor patio with seating. I cannot forget how I liked the dining area and the way it opened up from the outside. I thought that was a really good highlight. They had a really beautiful water feature, and then they had a lot of grounds for walking like it was all green hills beyond. I thought that the outdoor space was more natural and really beautiful. I liked it. The inside was very comfortable. They had a little place where you could go and get refrigerated snacks at your leisure. It was in the corner of the dining area.

We toured TreVista at Antioch and I liked it. It was very clean and very organized. I just felt like there weren't as many activities as possible for my being so independent where that was one thing that I found in another community. A lot of people, such as myself, are moving in there in preparation for when they need assistance, and they don't need it right at the moment. But consequently, I think their level of activities and the things that they offer is a little more accelerated. I think they have a lot more people that need a lot more assistance and so, of course, they need to take care of them. And that's what they're doing. My daughters went with me, and they said that it seemed like if you didn't need much assistance, outside of the meals and the little exercise programs, there wasn't much interaction. But in case you needed more assistance, then of course that's what they were geared for. The staff was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very caring. The rooms were nice, but they were small. They did not have a 1-bedroom that was vacant, so they got permission and we just stood at the door and looked in somebody's room. We saw mostly people sitting around talking. At the time that we were there, they were right at the tail-end of an outbreak of a GI bug. People were kind of quarantined and there weren't many group activities taking place at the time. We went into the dining room and looked at it, and we walked out in the back and on the grounds. It was very nice. On the back side, they have an area with a waterfall, and it was very calming and very serene. It was a nice place to just gather and sit down and visit with one another.

TreVista Senior Living was somewhere in the middle, for me. It wasn't super modern. It wasn't old, but we really liked it. We toured their assisted living, and the room sizes were good. The building itself wasn't super old; it actually looked fairly newer. It has great amenities like the library, the TV room, or the theater room. The staff was great there as well. Everybody we met was so nice. I really like their dining room. It's beautiful. The place was clean and well-maintained.

We chose TreVista Senior Living for Mom because it's updated, the people were nice, it's close to where I am, there were lots of amenities, and they had spacious rooms. The staff was very nice. They had all the amenities. It was very clean.

We're pleased with TreVista Senior Living. It was clean, well-decorated, and everybody was very pleasant and friendly. The staff was very professional and friendly. The rooms were very nice and spacious. They have a nice garden, and nice surroundings that they can go outside and walk. The gardens and stuff are kept up well, and the landscaping was nice. They have dancing, games, and classes.

I'm hoping to move into TreVista Senior Living. They're very proactive. They want your business. They were very competitive on the price cost per month. I went back and talked with the people at TreVista Antioch, and I had to go for the evaluation. Their nurse asked a ton of questions. I answered them all and maybe I shouldn't have, but I told her I had a problem and so she wanted to see it. Then today they called me and said that it concerned the nurse, and it seemed right at a stage that "any facility like ours would probably put you on hold until it's healed." The staff members I met were all very friendly and topnotch with what they did, but now I'm kicked off after today's conversations and I got to abide by their rules. The day I was there for my tour, they packed me a lunch; it was good. The facility looked in topnotch condition. I only saw two rooms: a studio and a shared room. If I go there, I'm going into a studio (and it's more than enough room for me). It had a kitchenette, a bathroom, a bedroom and a living room. Location wasn't a big motivator for me, but it boiled down to the money. If I progress and get worse, then obviously the cost will go up. It's three stories; you can look over the balcony of one of the floors. There's a dining area, a movie room area, and a game area.

TreVista in Antioch was like a resort living. That place was clean, up to date, and the rooms were really nice. It's almost like checking into a hotel. Teresa was very thorough, very thoughtful, and caring. She asked questions to try to figure out what kind of care my dad would need and help him, if he would fit to go to that facility. Their menu was pretty comparable to the other places. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have an open time, if you just need to come in and get a snack or so. They could also prepare special meals for you. They have activities, med techs to coordinate with your medication, a big TV, bingo, and movie nights. The whole place didn't smell at all. If it was me, that would be somewhere I would stay if I was on a trip actually. It just looked very nice. Everybody we talked to (from the front receptionist to anybody that we came across during the tour), all seemed to show general care and interest in their seniors. It would make anyone feel comfortable.

We liked TreVista but it didn't fit for what we needed for my mother-in-law. We liked the surroundings; it seemed nice to us. The staff members were really nice. The dining room looked pretty good for what they have. The options were nice, too. They had some activities going on while we were there.

We like TreVista a lot. They had very nice people. It was a very nice place, but it was too far. Also when they did an assessment, they said Mom needed memory care but they didn't have a room at the time. Nevertheless, TreVista was impressive. The staff members were very nice as well. The apartments were very good size. The other thing that's convenient about them is that Sutter Health is just right across the street. Also it feels like you're more in a country setting. We like it a lot. They got an amazing dining room, which is more like a restaurant.

TreVista Senior Living seemed like it was nice. They were doing a lot of construction and remodeling, and the rooms we saw were nice. My concern was the location, mainly because outside on the main street I observed some homeless people, which normally I wouldn't have thought twice about, but then I'm not sure about the safety of the street the place was located. It was also further out and way from where I live, so the location wasn't as good. The people who gave us the tour were very nice. They had a library.
