My Great Aunt moved to Breezewood Village in 2009. We went with her to look at the facility and we were so impressed. She is a healthy senior and breezewood is a great place for someone who wants to live in a retirement community but is still able to care for themselves. The facility offers a lot of activities for the residents. My great aunt loves to sing so karaoke night is her favorite! They have many other social gatherings, birthday parties and outdoor activities for the residents to take part in as well. The staff are friendly, polite and very respectful of the residents. They are more than happy to assist them with anything and really go the extra mile to make them feel at home. They also have an excellent aquatic facility so the residents can swim or do water aerobics, as well as a gym and bbq area. The grounds are lush and well maintained and it really is a beautiful and relaxing place. My great aunt is very happy there and when we visit we can see why! It's a wonderful place and I really hope she can live there for the rest of her life.
