My dad was at Monterey Park Convalescent Hospital for a month and a half. The nurses and staff were good, but my dad just wasn't ready for it yet. My dad goes to a lot of activities, and he's very active, so it's not a good fit for him right now. But for people who can't move or do anything, I would recommend this facility. The facility is very clean. My dad likes the food. They were not doing a lot of activities because of COVID. They had a patio in the middle with chairs, sofas, and an umbrella. The rooms were a little outdated but very clean and well kept. They had an activity room and a therapy room.
