Oakmont of Cardinal Point was one of the most beautiful places I've ever seen in my life. It was immaculate. The staff was pleasant and kind. I was there around Halloween time, so they were getting ready for a Halloween party. It was rich-looking. It was off the water, you could see the boats, and it had a nice view. Everything was just unbelievably breathtaking. The landscaping was very well-manicured. Everything was just in place, everything was beautiful. They had a garden area. The front of the building almost looked like a 5-star hotel. In the middle of the facility was the garden with beautiful flowers, plants, and trees where you could sit, with sun visors. The staff who assisted me with the tour was pleasant. She was in a rush to get the party started, but she was very professional. She had a beautiful smile and she was dressed properly.

Oakmont of Cardinal Point was very clean and new to me. It's a very nice place. The staff were very helpful. It looked like they were very knowledgeable and very friendly, too. The dining area is almost like a restaurant, and it's very formal to me. All of the staff were wearing masks. To me, it's a high-class range, more or less. It's very impressive. The rooms are pretty good size studios, and the bathrooms are equipped with safety devices and a hidden bar. I feel safe when I go in there. They showed me the amenities. At least whatever you need, they have it over there. They have the theater, the exercise room, the salon, and the laundry. I'm very happy with it as long as the staff keeps up with what they are doing. I met three people, and they were excellent, very helpful, and courteous.

Oakmont of Cardinal Point is lovely. They have great amenities, and they have a good program for the residents with many things to do. It's beautiful. The staff was very friendly. Everyone I've met there so far was very friendly, even as I observed other guests interacting with staff. They have different levels of care. The studio was small, but it's quite adequate. It has a mini kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator. It has its own private bathroom, and it's really lovely. They have a variety of rooms. They have one-bedroom units and places for couples. They have weekly activities, a game room, a movie room, a sauna, an exercise room, a pool, and a beautiful inner courtyard. They do weekly outings, and they will take you to your doctor. Everyone eats in the dining room and it's lovely. They seem to have something going on all the time. They put them on a bus and take them around. They play bingo and other things. They have a chef and it's restaurant-style dining.

Oakmont of Cardinal Point was beautiful and very clean. They had very nice people, and it would be perfect for my friend. She would love it. The staff was very helpful, very nice and very informative. We did have some lemon water. The facilities were beautiful and looked brand new. We didn't get to see the whole building though. We kind of ran out of time because we had a lot to talk about and she had some more people coming in, but she said she was going to try to fax my friend's doctor and find out what her status was if she had dementia or not. The facility was very nice, very spacious, and very clean. We saw a sitting area, and there's a bunch of couches and chairs and very comfortable furniture there.

My mother lives here. I wish I did. It’s like a resort! The best thing is the food, it’s always really tasty and the portion sizes are just right. The points are given to include the dinner special each night, but my mom and most of the residence don’t always get that much food at night, so they can get a nice lunch and save points. Breakfast is free and soup is always free as well. The next thing that’s great about it is the location. The dining room on the third floor and many of the rooms have a beautiful view of the Oakland estuary. It’s a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac, but is also within walking distance for many of target, Safeway, Lucky, CVS drugstore, and many other places. Of course there’s also a shuttle bus that takes people where they need to go. The staff is very responsive, and everybody is so nice. There are several committees that residents can join if they want more say on what’s going on with the food, activities, etc. There’s also a family council which I go to once a month we’re family members get to know more about what’s going on at Cardinal Point. Of course what I’m talking about is what happens when there’s not a pandemic going on. The rooms are nice, and are cleaned once a week. My mom has a studio but there are also one bedrooms and two bedrooms which of course cost more.I honestly don’t know that much about the activities because my mom just likes to walk around and talk to people as her activity, but they all look great to me and she does always appreciate when she does participate.

The facility Is a beautiful place with excellent views. It appears to be kept clean and organized. The staff always is there to help but is limited on activities because of the pandemic. The staff helped tremendusly when trying to setup the our friend who lives there now. And made it affordable for her. Thank you for the hard work. Everyone is well aware of how good the food is that is and how much all the residents enjoy it.

Cardinal Point is very positive. The staff is warm, caring and professional. The facility itself is very nice. It’s a medium facility; not too big and not too small. It has nice yards and the apartments are spacious and nice too. The food is good. The activities are fantastic and varied. They offer a lot of great excursions and services. They’ve got everything there. They have a new assisted memory care facility which they just built.

I used to play bridge at Cardinal Point weekly. I don't know it so well, but the food is excellent. It is a beautiful facility which is like a resort facility. Most of the residents that I talked with were quite satisfied. It is very nice and expensive. Each of my visits there are very pleasant, and the staff is very nice.
