I've toured Pacifica Senior Living Paradise Valley and it's wonderful. It's a beautiful place, but the cost was too much, we couldn't afford that. It was supposed to be my second choice. It was a brand-new place and it was nice. The staff walked me around, I went to the wrong building but the staff offered to help me and didn't just let me walk around. Their security is good too. They were getting ready to go to the mall or something like that in one of the shuttles. The facility is good, they're doing a little remodeling but they kept that contained.

We went down to Pacifica Senior Living Paradise Valley today. I liked it. The people were friendly. It was very nice, very open, and a very homey environment. They had a studio and a one-bedroom. They were very nice and I had no problems with them at all. They showed the activity room and there was some exercising, they had bingo night, Super Bowl party nights, and they had dancing. I saw a library. They encourage you to walk, which is good. The menu looks very nice and very healthy.

My sister is a resident at Pacifica she really enjoys living there… the atmosphere is very warm, homey and welcoming! It is a smaller community so she feels very comfortable. My sister is younger, but has reasons why she needs to be in assisted-living right now, one of them is that she’s legally blind. The staff always treats her with respect, kindness and encouragement. She has lived in a couple of other communities and this one is definitely the best place she has ever lived. I also really like the building, it is pretty much brand new, clean and very nicely decorated! I do not have anything negative to say about Pacifica for my sister it has worked out perfectly. The staff is very open to suggestions from residents and family on how to improve their AL. The residents are very close in relationship because it is a smaller community and that is

After touring many assisted living facilities in the valley for my Uncle, I am so grateful I finally found Pacifica. Tori was so kind and welcoming and made me feel confident that my Uncle would be well cared for and loved. In fact, every staff member I have come in contact with has made me feel this way. The brand new assisted living facility is gorgeous. The apartments are large with high ceilings and spacious bathrooms. My Uncle has lived there for about two weeks now and really likes it. He says the food is great and the activities are a lot of fun. Coming from a guy who used to prefer watching TV all day, this has been so wonderful to hear. My family and I are thrilled!
