This place is a dump! Don't bring your loved ones to this place. They totally neglected my family member. We went to see her and she was dirty with urine and feces! Who knows how long she had been this way!!! She also had not been out of bed all morning. The staff never even acknowledged us unless we went to them. Bathroom and the room are way too small. I was very upset of her living conditions and if I could I would've wheeled her out of that horrible wretched place!!!

I had my mother at Mountain View Manor nursing home. She was only there for a little while, and it was good. They treated her very well. It was an adequate facility. The staff was nice. We were able to go inside and eat with her at that time, and the food was OK.

Stay away from this place. Caregivers do not answer call lights, patients who need to be transferred to and from toilets
can wait for one half hours for someone to help them. Too many complaints for poor
service.

BEWARE!!! Sub standard care food facility and administrators
Refused water and food to patient failed to chart and keep medical records. Left to lay in urine and fiesies. Refused to respond to call light refused to give medication. Patient was moved to different facility after numerous complaints to administration and nursing staff

MVM needs a total remodel. It seemed very typically \nursing home\". It's a \"skilled nursing\" facility. Some of the staff was wonderful to my mother
