MD Home Assist offers a full range of custodial, homemaker and personal care services for the individual in their home or group facility starting as low as $19/hour (and even lower for live-in). Services are available 24 hours per day/seven days per week and are provided on an hourly or daily basis and include:

• Medication Reminders
• Feeding

• Light housekeeping

• Meal Planning and Preparation

MD Home Health, a State Licensed and Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, offers a full range of traditional skilled services performed by nurses and therapists, along with several specialty programs for the individual in their home or group facility. Services are available 24 hours per day/seven days per week and are provided on a visit, hourly or daily basis. Many of these services are covered by either private insurance or Medicare. Typically, for skilled services of short duration (under 8 hours), they must be under the direction of a physician.
