White Cliffs Senior Living was excellent. It was clean and the people that I talked to were very nice and very helpful. I had lunch there and the food was good. People came over to say hi to me. I talked to them and they were all happy. It seemed like a very, very warm place. The rooms were a decent size. There's lots of light and they all seemed very, very comfortable in it. Everything looked good. The lady that gave the tour was great. She was very, very nice and told me everything I needed to know. The dining area was quite impressive. It was just like a restaurant. The waiter was good. They got big smiles and they justmade you feel welcome.

My father has moved in at White Cliffs Senior Living. The people are super nice. The facility is very clean, and all their services are in-house. His apartment has a restroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, and a refrigerator. They have studios, one-bedroom apartments, and two-bedroom apartments. The staff is super nice. The food is good. They provide three meals freshly cooked daily. They have their own menu that they can choose from, or they have the standard menu of whatever they're serving that day. I would definitely recommend them. They have exercise classes and workout equipment on every floor. They have their own washers and dryers. They have people that come in to clean the room and do the laundry once a week. They have a lot of different activities for the seniors. I passed through their activity areas a few times, and there is a lot of stuff going on.

White Cliffs Senior Living was a clean facility. Their staff was very well qualified and helpful. I was very, very happy with the job they did taking care of my mom. They had a lot of activities and all that. They had a walking area and a beauty salon for the residents. They had excellent food, too.

Beware if you have been told that you can have WiFi for watching and recording Amazon prime or other premium channels even if you agree to pay for it. All local providers advise they don't provide their services at this address. In the meantime I am watching analog TV without a program guide....

White Cliffs Senior Living was a glorified hotel. You don't get a whole lot because everything is extra, and they just raised their rate. It was a very nice facility and a great tour. They were very informative, but Mom didn't feel that the residents were inviting enough. The rooms were small and more of a studio. They had a library and a place where they can watch DVDs. It looked like an adobe apartment building, and there's plenty of parking outside for the staff and the residents.

White Cliffs was great and it's a beautiful place, but it's just too expensive. The rooms and staff are excellent. The food is really good and the dining area is set up like a restaurant. They have all kinds of activities. They have a library, salon, exercises, a whirlpool, and movie room. They've been very informative and friendly.

White Cliffs was excellent and I would like to move in there tomorrow. It looked like a very caring and happy place. People were relating and talking to each other and there were things for them to do. It was a lovely facility that felt like a ritzy hotel. I was impressed. They had lovely laundries on every floor, a nice place for a movie theater and church activities, and an exercise room. The dining room had linen, dishes, and silverware. They also had a reading room. I met a cook, electrician, and a handyman who all seemed very friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. The place was beautiful and lovely, well taken care of and well-decorated with paintings on the walls and sculptures on the tables. Everything is clean.

Everybody at White Cliffs is very nice to my mom. She's well-cared for and content there. She's in a room in the memory care section, which is a small facility. It's very clean and the people who work there are very kind. I wish they'd call more often and let me know how Mom's doing because they don't call, and I have to initiate contact all the time. I wish they'd keep in better touch with the family members. Mom likes the food very much, and she's very happy with the people there. The facilities are beautiful. They take memory care people on outings.

My mom moved into White Cliffs on the beginning of the month. I think it was wonderful and absolutely the best place. I think it's very friendly, and very beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. She likes Bingo especially, but they have a lot of activities. The staff is very helpful and very nice. I've eaten with her several times. They have a menu you can order from if you don't like their specials and the food is wonderful.

We are in White Cliffs Senior Living. We have a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. They have lots of games, card games, and bingo, and they do lunches out. There's an awful lot of activities. I enjoy it here very much. It's a perfect place. If you have to be in assisted living, this is a good place to be.

Our family should have searched White Cliff's care record of 21 citations at Arizona Department of Health Services before placing our loved one in their memory care unit. ADHS has a searchable database of all care facilities in Arizona and any citations. White Cliff's FAILED at caring for our loved one with, unexplained injuries, extended days between showers, feces on bedspread without remedy, missing personal items, and mismanaged medications. When we expressed concern with Day staff they blamed it on their Night staff, even revealing to us that their Night staff had been recently reprimanded. We reached out to their Executive Director who never returned our calls and their corporate business office, Milestone Retirement LLC., where our calls and concerns were ignored. We filed a care complaint with the Arizona Department of Health Services but it seems after 21 citations White Cliff's isn't interested in cleaning up their brand new retirement business.

I like everything about White Cliffs Senior Living because it is a great place. Mom’s apartment is clean and of the appropriate size for her. We are very happy with it. They have an exercise room, a game room, and an activities room. She likes the low-impact exercises, like yoga.

I moved my mother to White Cliffs. They have assisted living and memory care, and my mother is in the memory care part. They're all the same big building, but the memory care is different in that there are more staff there, and of course, it costs more. They are taking very good care of her. We picked them because it was a new facility, it was very nice and clean, and the price was very reasonable. The work attitude of the staff is excellent. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They gave me complimentary meal tickets, so I've eaten there with my mother numerous times. The food is very good. My mother likes the food. She likes the staff, and she is very happy there.
