I visited Phoenix Manor for myself and my husband. It was very clean, very friendly, and it had everything we needed. The staff was really friendly, and very helpful. Everything looked really good, and that's why we liked it. Pets were OK, and I believe they have a dog park, which was one thing we were looking for because we have two small dogs. They have a library, and they have activities for the community. They give you a calendar, and it's got different activities that you can participate in. I think there was bingo, arts and crafts, and stuff like that. They have a big fountain type pond out in front with ducks in it, and it's really nice. We saw the apartment, and we were going to get into a two-bedroom unit, so it was really good for what we needed.

I am a former resident and gave my 30 notice to vacate...I moved out on the 27th of September and went back on the 28th to clean and shampoo the carpets..I then went to the office and Valerie went with me to inspect the apartment and she told me I should have no problem getting my deposit of $500.00 back...I told her I had lost my husband on the 13th of September and could really use that money. Today is the 29th of October and I am still waiting on my deposit. I called the office and was told this is handled through the corporate office in California...Sad that they want the $$$$ up front but take forever getting it back to you..

My friends live at Phoenix Manor and they recommended that I go there. It is a nice place, but I need more space -- it's too small for me. They have a library and mass every Friday. Compared to other facilities, it is closer to my doctors, shopping centers, and grocery stores.

It is so sad that this place has elderly residents that office manager is so rude and office staff. ?rounds are dark and any one get's hurti), they are like "oh well". Try to get covered parking, they don't even think of where you live or been here 3 yes they don't take into consideration. . Maintenence takes 5 parking spots that should be for paying residents. Talked Shirley and she said first come !! Place is joke and had bed bugs!

I’ve been at Phoenix Manor for a month now. I’m very happy. They have two big libraries, indoor and outdoor game rooms, a large shaded picnic area where you can do barbecue, and a swimming pool. They have activities every day of the week, but I haven’t attended any so far. The staff is just a regular staff. It’s not like a place where they look into your health, but they’re very nice. They don’t serve food. My daughter took a video of every room and sent in to me. I liked it and wanted to live here, so she put down a deposit.

Phoenix Manor is a nice facility with a couple of pools and a couple of dog parks. Every day, there is something to do out there. It’s close to a bus line, clean, and provides good service, but I have to provide my own food. The rooms are well maintained and spacious.

Large property for senior independent apartment living but if you fall/slip in puddles and report it to the office nothing will be done the office to prevent it from reoccuring, no sand bags will be placed in known poor drainage areas to prevent falls, no will be sent to clear drains to improve drainage. Seniors, handicapps are on their own I helped a senios up off the ground after helping to yell fo help no one came and when I checked on the elderly resident I was told no one had come or left a note checking on the resident to explained that the blockage causing the flooding was cleared and an appolgy given. the resident was told they should have walked down the to to a dry area crossed A written statement was requested and the resident asked for the four sandbags to be returned to be placed over poor drianage area at the gate to the bus stop and near by pharmacy that dailymany residents slowly wade through the river to go in and out.It is unknown how many have slipped in the water. So glad to be there to help and wish safe passage to all passing that wet side walk and walking area to get to their destination. Luckily the sun was up as the lights have been not working on the ground and the overhead flood light that would shine on the pool of water is also out to be very careful as you go in and out of a not lit gate Glad to be Good Samartitans walking by to help and call for help because the grounds are out only maintained near the office so be sure to be on near the office.

This is a large facility. The buildings and grounds are well maintained. They sit on 25 acres with 350 units. The grounds has patios, sitting and walking areas with greenery. They have studio, one and two bedrooms. They have a jacuzzi, 2 pools, a club house. There is a senior center nearby, They are only independent living. They do not have a house doctor or caregivers. The residents can have home health or hospice. They do have some activities as parties and other games. This is a nice fcommunity but limited to only independent.
