Sante of Mesa is clean and quiet. It is laid out decently. The room size is fairly good. My dad is comfortable there. We can adjust the air in his room. He loves the food, too. The amount of time that I've spent there has been pretty extensive and everybody's been very nice. He's been very happy.

My wife is at Santé of Mesa. The staff members are nice and everybody is pretty easy to work with. They keep me informed about what is going on. The facility is nice and well kept. It's in a pretty convenient location and the food seems to be good. It is pretty nice for the cost compared to some more expensive places.

The staff is very caring . Sometimes it takes the CNA’s a while to answer a call bell, but all are pleasant and polite.
The food is good, but again, sometimes very slow to arrive.
The therapists are outstanding and really help one to reach their goals.

I was at Sante of Mesa for three weeks for rehab. It was gorgeous, it was like a resort. We had a little restaurant down in one corner, and if you don't like the food, you can get salads or sandwiches, coffee, and smoothies. They were strict. When I went in, I couldn't get out of bed, but when I left, I could use a walker, and could get in and out of bed. The food was fantastic, and I never had problems with the employees. They had some games, they would have contests, but they didn't have as much outside entertainment coming in.

Such a change from the facility we used in early 2017. This facility is welcoming and more like a hotel than a hospital.
The dining room is open 7am to 7pm for you to stop in or order a room tray. All meals are prepared fresh, you don’t order ahead for the next day. Guests are welcome with meals ranging from about $7 - $12.
The rooms are various sizes, some doubles with a partition dividing them, most are singles. The room sizes vary greatly, the smaller rooms have a single pull out sofa and larger rooms have a double sofa bed, more chairs and even an ottoman. Rooms have a mini fridge, a microwave and accessible bathroom.
The staff are friendly and professional including serving staff, housekeeping, the aids and the RNs. Most were cheerful and we heard no complaining by the staff. Sometimes they were super busy and they apologized when they were not able to answer the call light right away.
The PT and OT staff were professional and appeared to be on a very tight schedule. A session was about 30 minutes, I think they just had too many patients to spend more time and were scheduled with patients back to back. They were well trained and kept good notes on progress and next steps.
From the Case Workers to the Transport Drivers to the Receptionists to Doctors and Administrators, it was a good experience to help get my guy back home.

My husband was at Sante for rehab. It’s a very upscale place. They took real good care of the patients there. I liked the people, they’re professional and knew what they’re doing. That was a good experience.

My mother was at Sante of Mesa. It was awesome and very new. There was a coffee shop, a sitting area, fountains, and just very attractive facilities. The staff was very good and very attentive. We worked a lot with the social worker there, and she was outstanding. There were lots of activities like a poker day and bingo. When they had the family day -- which was Father's Day -- they had a big buffet for families who came in. They had vendors came in, and they were selling jewelry. Because it was skilled, the residents were far more ambulatory. The food was above average. There was nothing outstanding about the rooms, but they were very nice and clean.
