To ease your schedule, hourly care is provided for your loved one during your support group visit to our community. Please contact us to find out about support groups meeting at Copper Creek Inn.

Living Well

Our Personal Touch Care Program is a holistic approach aimed at maintaining residents' well being and self-worth. It is a program that encompasses all aspects of our resident care.

While many think of "Activities" as pre-planned group events, such as exercise, crafts and music events where almost everyone participates, we think of "Activity" as everything the resident does throughout the day, whether planned or spontaneous. This includes our residents’ personal care, conversations with others and even time alone.

We spend a great deal of time assisting residents with personal care and the daily routines can become more meaningful when we are making sure we are using sensitivity and creativity to create the special Personal Care Moment.

I toured Copper Creek Inn Memory Care Community for my mother-in-law, and I was impressed with them. They were comparable, I thought, and I didn't have any problems. I liked the way they were set up and have a passion for what they were doing. The residents that were in different levels in memory care, they don't separate them based on their level. I think they said they took them on field trips. They have some rooms that are singles where they have their own room and some rooms where they share rooms with another person. At first, I was a little hesitant about that, but I suppose it worked out pretty well to do that. They do activities. One of the reasons I liked them was that I felt the passion to do this as a lifetime thing. They had an old antique model car at this particular facility and the cars that the owner had back in the day. They can go in and look at it and they can take pictures. Because they are of that age, they would like that, and they would recognize it and reminisce. So that was something. They were allowed to go outside in the courtyard and see that. The tour person is great and the receptionist I met was really good, but I didn't meet anybody else.

This is a specific caretaker pat on the back for Iesha. Usually each Sunday, I take my husband to mass. The receptionist on that morning is usually Iesha. Although her job description probably doesn't include coming from behind the desk and helping us out, she is always very accommodating--helping Vince with his walker or taking him in the wheelchair to the car.

My husband is living in Copper Creek and it's always nice, clean, and neat. It's very pretty inside and out, and it has a very nice outdoor recreation area that's all fenced in so the residents can't get out. It's also beautifully done with landscaping. They're understaffed, but the people who are there are usually very nice and I'm pleased with them. I just don't like not being able to get information as fast as I'd like, and I would think the management would know whether my husband is having trouble at night or not. Before, the food was really bad, but now they have a gourmet cook and he does excellent meals. It's low-fat, low-sodium, low-sugar, but very tasty. I haven't seen any activities. I've already talked to them several times about what needs to be improved.

Copper Creek is wonderful choice should you need to consider a new home and care for your loved one. The decision is beyond hard. Copper Creek cared for my Aunt as a family member and they cared for me during my visits and long distance calls checking in on my Aunt and her care. The staff (admin, nurses, to household maintenance) has minimal turnover - a blessing which creates continuity, knowledgeable care, and a loving/caring environment. I recently revisited after my Aunt, sadly, passed and the staff came to me with big hugs and inquiries after me and my family and stories that showed me they remembered me and my family member and truly value their residents and families. I also regularly saw camaraderie among residents. It's not easy working in such an environment and even harder being in a position to become a resident (or decide with and or on behalf of your loved one) but Copper Creek gave me confidence and faith that if life's stages bring you to such a need you are in good hands.

They have been very accommodating and very friendly at Copper Creek Inn. The accommodations are very nice and very clean. My dad has a very nice room. He does not have a roommate, and he has all of the necessary amenities that he would need. They come in and assist him with his showers. They are always willing to come in and help out even if it is non-medical. He has 24-hour nursing care.

Healthcare Provider

I am a healthcare provider that makes visits to Copper Creek Inn to see patients that I follow. I go to several Memory Care facilities in the valley and have been so impressed with Coper Creek Inn since day one. They have a nurse on staff 24/7 which is unlike many facilities. The nurse also administers all of the resident's medications instead of a med. tech which also sets Copper Creek apart from others. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and they have a high standard of quality in the care that they provide. I would place my own family member in this facility without hesitation.

My wife has been in Copper Creek Inn for a couple of months now. It is an exceptionally excellent facility. It is clean and kept up very nicely. They have very wide hallways and fairly spacious rooms. They have a nice restaurant. They have a living room and several clubrooms. They also have a courtyard that is basically open all the time. Their staff is very caring. They are well-trained and well-managed. They also have a nurse onsite 24 hours a day. My wife is comfortable there as best as you can expect from people with memory loss and she is doing very well actually.
