We offer 24 hour nursing on-site, insulin injections, physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy using a home health company. We also offer activities 7 days a week in each neighborhood based upon ones cognitive level, setting our resident up for success one small victory at a time. We also offer off campus activities such as Butterfly Garden, Breakfast club, lunch club, dessert club and so much more.
We offer a safe secured environment, with outdoor courtyards that are surrounded by the building with no exit, allowing our resident to take in the great Arizona sun and fresh air while still being safe and secure. Medication management, assistance with all active daily living skills, home cooked meals prepared daily by our own chef.

My mother-in-law lived in Chandler Memory Care for a while. It's generally good, but sometimes they were short staffed. The food was good. All the rooms opened up into the dining area, which was also an activity area or a central gathering place for the residents. There were a lot of activities offered on a daily basis. I was very impressed with the activities like puzzles, bowling, stretching, chair activities, karaoke, dancing, sing-along, and arts and crafts, and they brought in musicians for entertainment. They also recently purchased an electronic system where the residents are going to be interactive. It's a social media type opportunity for the residents to connect with their family.

Chandler Memory Care was not a good fit for my sister, but I knew some people who have folks there who liked it a lot. The dining room was part of one large room; I didn't like it personally, and it was a little dark for my liking. The residents were actively engaged in a physical activity while I was there. The staff seemed very knowledgeable in dealing with memory care folks, and they underwent training as well.

Chandler Memory Care is a wonderful facility. We used the Respite Care for my mother for almost three years. She is now a permanent resident.
The staff is excellent. I know that my mother is in a safe environment, and that she is receiving the best care.
The facility is very clean,
I can't thank them enough for everything that they have done...and all that they do!

Everything at Chandler Memory Care is very clean, organized, and uncluttered. There is enough staff around to make sure that nothing untoward would happen, which is impressive because in some of the places I went this was not true. They have gardens outside with two in the pod that my brother-in-law is in. They have two living rooms so that people can watch TV or read, and the kitchen is in the center where there is lots of sunlight. It is a very brightly lit, happy place.

I was able to tour Chandler Memory Care, and unfortunately, I did not like the layout of it, but I liked their staff. They did a fine job. I spent almost four hours there observing their care, and that was fine. Their activities were pretty basic. There was not a whole lot of things going on that day. They had some balloon activities and were served meals. I was not able to eat there, but their dining area was fine.
