Several years ago, my grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. It became a burden for my grandfather to take care of her, so our family began looking for an assisted living facility. The Lovin Manor seemed like the best fit for my grandmother. I have been to several nursing homes/assisted living facilities in the past, and this BY FAR has been the cleanest and most pleasant place I've been to. There are about 8-10 residents in the home at any given moment and the staff is on call 24/7 to make sure that the needs of each individual are met. When we go to visit, the staff is extremely competent and knows how to deal with individuals who have memory loss or an associated condition. My grandma shares a room and bathroom with another lady. The room is extremely clean and nice. In addition there is a common area and kitchen where the residents can relax in comfortable chairs. My grandpa goes to visit the facility every day and from what I hear, the staff has always been accommodating and willing to listen to his concerns.
