I have Interim HealthCare coming in to help me out. They've been great, and they have been right on top of things. My doctor got them the paperwork they needed, and it's a private pay most of it. I have a stoma nurse that comes from Interim Care, and I have a caregiver who comes in for a few hours a day. They're all just really nice people. I love them all. Their billing and scheduling are done online, and my son takes care of that. I haven't been with them long enough to really form an opinion, but so far, so good. I have my stoma nurse who comes once a week and switches out my ostomy system, and then I have a young woman that comes in a few hours a day a few days a week and does light housekeeping, cleans our bedroom, cleans my ostomy overnight, does my laundry, fixes me lunch and supper, and she's gone until the next day.

The services provided by in term healthcare have been nothing but a hindrance on our family. They either are no-shows or are late. They promise a schedule and they do not show up. I have missed several days of work and many other functions due to the inconsistency of the care provided from my mother with dementia. There is always an excuse why employee cannot make it there and no resolution to find coverage. I would not recommend nor put anybody else through what we have encountered! Very unprofessional!

We are currently using the services of this provider. This was recommended by friends and relatives. When we went to their office to inquire, the staff was really helpful and accommodating; they also provided us with the information we needed. I am totally satisfied with the caregivers of my loved ones. They are giving her the care she needs. I would recommend this provider to others. We really liked their service, there's nothing else that they need to do.

I helped to take care of my mother-in-law, after she had heart surgery. She was in desperate need of physical therapy, because she did very little other than sit in her chair for most of the day unless one of her kids came over and took her somewhere (which she usually argued about. Ken, the physical therapist, came to help my my mother-in-law develop some of the muscles she needed to just walk, as her center of balance was off and she kept falling. She did not want the help, but with LOTS of coxing she let him come in. Ken took the time to sit with her and get to know her, so he wasn't such a stranger to her. He has been helping her to become stronger and more independant. I feel we owe a great deal to this man and what he did for my mother-in-law. Thank you Ken! Doris
