everyone at ashley health and rehab are great very loving and understand of their residents i would never go anywhere else my mother is there today

Once you push the help button you my wait 2 to 3 hours before getting a response. Medication is not dispensed on time or with regularity. If you are in pain you were on your own because no one is going to come check on you. I would not send my dog to this facility

The food is inedible. The RN staff is careless and the place feels chaotic. Very dismal surroundings

My father has been at Ashley for 2 weeks and he has improved dramatically. He loves the food and they are very helpful in all situations. He is a Korean War vet that is missing one leg and he needs assistance in moving about and they do great with that. I have been there all hours of the day and weekends. Very consistent and lots of follow through.

I believe that they did quality care in that they were attentive to his needs, they had a good community of elders, they had good food and served it in the community setting as well as in the room. They offered an array of therapies including speech, PT, and OT. I thought was very new and nice. The staff we receptive to me when I needed to ask questions. It's very difficult at any rate no matter what.

My father was just admitted to Ashley. So far the staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and modern. Dietary seems to do a good job of preparing meals he can eat. There are daily activites which gets them out of the room. Ashley has a nice courtyard for them to get some fresh air and watch the birds. Overall it's a great facility so far.
