My husband was a patient there and the care was disgusting! He was so ignored. They didn’t open the blinds in his room and he was often left in the dark. Very often his diapers were wet for over an hour. He had Alzheimers and was at their mercy. He was sent to the hospital with pneumonia and I was never notified. I went to check on him and found out then. This place is so short staffed, they can’t keep up. There’s no excuse for treating vulnerable patients like they do.

It really has taken a turn for the worse. The staff is always short-handed and rude we decided to go elsewhere. No one ever answers phones, and when you do get someone constantly complaining about someone else there.
Cousin said food is always late or they forget him. His biggest complaint they forget him around bath time.

I have my parents at Trinity and the entire staff there is wonderful. Their approach to the residents there is well above and beyond anything I have ever seen. Anyone looking for a place for their parents should go here last, because this is where they will move their parents. GREAT STAFF
