Avenir Memory Care at Little Rock was real nice. I saw everything. I liked the apartments. I saw a one-bedroom, and it was very clean. The staff was real nice, answered all my questions, and were real good. I got a lot of information from them. After looking at the residents, I think my husband is in better shape than some of them. That was one of my impressions. He's still active and most of them were just sitting around, and he's not one to do that. They had things for them to do, but there weren't a lot of group activities going on. I saw the dining room, and the outside area was nice where they could walk. He's active, and he likes to be outside.

Avenir Memory Care were willing to engage with the community and help support them in Alzheimer's awareness. They were very invested in their staff, too. The person who assisted me was very kind. The dining area was very homey and personal. I saw the residents eating a meal but I didn't see any activities.

Avenir is generally a well-run community with friendly staff who are patient with the clients/residents. My uncle seems to like the food and is generally happy when we visit him. I am concerned about what direction the facility may be headed though in that all the plants outside seem to be going unwatered and are dying. Whoever they have as a garden service should be fired immediately. It's a nice place that looks a bit shabby driving up with dead plants and brown grass all around.

My husband moved into Avenir Memory Care and it has been excellent. The staff is very warm, very caring, they get to know the individual personally, and try to interact with him. They want to get to know him, so on good days its easy to have conversations, and on bad days, it makes it easier for them to help him, and make sure hes comfortable in his environment. I feel comfortable leaving him there because I know theyll take care of him.

All the patients at Clarity Pointe looked very happy. The facility was beautiful. What I liked most was it had a beautiful outdoor garden area where they could sit and watch the birds. It was just laid out beautifully. It was really nice, and that’s important to my husband. It’s very handy to get and in a very good location with beautiful grounds. It was very clean and roomy; the ones I saw all looked out to the woods or the garden. The staff was super, very helpful if the patient needed anything, and informative. I was very impressed.

Clarity Pointe is very beautiful, very modern, and very clean. The residents all seem very happy. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating, and they all seem to work well together. They carry around walkie-talkie. If a resident needs assistance right away, they can immediately communicate with people that come to help.

Clarity Pointe Little Rock was an excellent facility. I loved it, and it was gorgeous, new, clean, and nice and just for dementia patients. There wasn't any intermingling. They had three or four different activity rooms, beauty salons for the ladies, and barber shops for the men. It was a beautiful place.

The staff at Clarity Pointe was caring and nice. The place is clean and pleasing to the eyes. My sister likes the food there. Their dining area is very nice. I think that the place is very secure for the residents. It is expensive but this place is the only option we have at this point.
