St. Bernards Villa is a gated area. No one can go in without being checked out, so you can't just pop in and be there. My sister-in-law has been there for three months now. She has an area for a couch, a TV, a bedroom, and the bathroom is very handicap accessible. There is a door that goes out into a private patio where she can walk or sit. They have activities in the morning and in the afternoon. They have wonderful meals. It is a really wonderful place.

St. Bernards Villa was beautiful. It was decorated contemporary with a little bit of Southwestern flare. They had a movie theater and a spa where you could get massage and swim in the pool. I was hoping that my mother was going to go there, but she ended up in the nursing home instead.
