I want to thank the nursing and support staff of Superior for their excellent care of my mother for the last two years. The care for residence by staff is obvious, they are AWESOME! Mom is in skilled nursing and receives round the clock assistance. I do receive notifications each time her care changes, so I have peace of mind that she is well cared for; I appreciate everything they do for Mom! Mom has opportunities to participate in a variety of social activities, when she so chooses and does enjoy other resident's company. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO!

My mom is in Superior Health & Rehab. The nurses have been attentive. They have onsite laundry, which has been nice. The facility will do her laundry. She has a private room with a fridge and a microwave. When guests stay over, they provide a bed. They will feed meals to guests if you order a meal, so that was nice. They have two activities a day, which is fun. There is a good variety of activities. The people were very nice. As far as Medicare and billing, they were very knowledgeable and gave us other resources for the next steps for my mom. Overall, I'm pretty pleased. They're understaffed, but that's probably everywhere. It's been a good experience. My mom's room is spacious. It has a place for her bed and a sitting area. It's clean and has a window. The building is fairly new, so everything's well-tended.

The Superior Health & Rehab, LLC is a very nice-looking place inside and out. It's very clean and they have lots of things for the residents to do. The facility, overall, is just wonderful. The people there, the staff there, there's not anything bad that I can say about it. It's great all the way around. They have activities every day, 7 days a week, and they have activity groups. They have a salon, and a library and they can go outside where they have a nice patio area for them. They can decorate their rooms however they like. They do other things, I think, like movie nights. They have a lot of things to do there. I don't know what my mom has done or hasn't done yet but they have a big calendar in their dining area. It's very nicely laid out, and it tells all the activities, what time they happen, and on what day. They have a church there on Sundays too. I haven't eaten there myself, but she has been eating and everything's made there at the facility. It's not brought in. I haven't seen anything terrible there. It's quite expensive, but I guess everywhere is going to be that way.
