My mom is at Silver Oaks Health and Rehabilitation. There's been several times when things have been stolen from her and when her call button doesn't work. She's almost blind and almost deaf, and when she asks for something, they just walk by and don't acknowledge.
I think they need more staff and I think they need more compassion when they speak with and handle the patient.
She has a small private room with a bathroom, and inside it has a window. It's clean and well-kept, and they clean it daily.
