Nurses came in and turned call light off and never addressed patient’s needs. Some nurses were mean and had bad attitude toward patient. Food served cold to patient multiple times. See CMS review of facility. Never again will we use this facility.

My dad moved into Gulf Coast Health and Rehabilitation, LLC. We like it. They are very personable. My dad's been taken care of. He got a really good roommate who we just happened to know, so we were very lucky. The place is very nice. The workers are very aware of him and pay attention to him. He doesn't make his own social situation. You have to be social with him, and they've been very open. He laughs with them. The place is clean as far as I can tell. I only get there at night, but that's fine. He loves the food here. The roommate has been wonderful too. I have only been in his room, and he eats in his room. He hasn't gone to the dining area, as far as I know. But he ate every bit of his supper, so that's good.

Mom got sick and she went to Cogburn Health and Rehab West. We had a terrible experience. She was in there for four days. They left her out in the hallways with no oxygen, and she almost died. They gave her the wrong medicine. The staff are lazy. The rooms were not luxurious, but they are clean.
