Kelley Place is like a home. When you walk in, you feel like you're coming to a home, it's just cozy, and not like being business-like. The people were very kind. I talked to them, and they showed me around. Everybody seemed to be happy. The rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. The facility was top-notch. I know they have a salon, but I don't know about the gym. It was new and everything, it was spacious and clean, and the atmosphere was just conducive to overall well-being.

This place is horrible. My mother in law wasn’t in there but 4 months and they lost everything she had. Her clothes are all gone as well as shoes and slippers. They lost her hearing aids and refused to pay for them. They lost her walker and wheel chair as well. I pulled her out and brought her home. This place is owned by a corporation and they give no cares for these poor elderly people. They are more worried about money. $4000 for a room and you loose everything a person owns. No staff, one nurse for both buildings. Do not put your family here

I was very pleased with Kelley Place. It was very nice, very clean, pleasant, and very cheerful. The person who accommodated me was very nice and very informative. I was very impressed with the tour. The room was very nice, cheerful, and very big. There were no odors or any smell. The dining area had a dining table. The atmosphere was nice. The people who were staying there were going about their business, so it was a nice place and I was really taken with it. They also had a salon where you could have your hair done.

Madison Heights/Kelley Place is a very wonderful community. Everything has been very positive. They have wonderful caregivers and staff. It’s two buildings: Kelley Place and Madison Heights.

Kelley Place was a locked-down facility, and we don’t need that. The staff was good and polite.
