Palm Gardens was very nice. I did not like the location though. It is in kind of a mixed industrial area. It didn't have a lot of outdoor space, so that was a negative. It was very clean and very modern looking, but it was almost too institutional. It didn't have a homey feeling about it. The lady that gave us a tour was very nice, very professional, friendly, and helpful. They didn't have good parking. They had an outdoor space, but it wasn't shady or pretty. It was just out there in the open.
